Established in 2002, I&P Management, the Promoter, is a private equity fund manager operating in the Indian Ocean region. It provides the financing required for the expansion of regional companies showing an interesting potential for growth. The acquisition and renovation of Récif Attitude has been financed by I&P Capital (Indian Ocean), a private investment fund created in 2003 by I&P Management. I&P Management is already engaged in hotel investment through the Grand Hôtel du Louvre, a three-star hotel in the city centre of Antananarivo, in Madagascar..
